INTEGRATED PRODUCTION CHAIN
Anchovies are caught seasonally in the waters of Phu Quoc, Kien Giang, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan. Fresh fish are graded, cleaned and dried to meet the requirements of each market.

FROM SEA TO FACTORY
Anchovies are purchased from fishers, preserved and processed under food safety procedures. The facility is equipped with processing equipment and cold storage, with grading, cleaning and drying tailored to each market’s requirements.
Fresh raw materials with no preservatives. KIGIMEX maintains quality control from receipt through to packaging.
KEY PRODUCTS
Whole dried anchovies, anchovy fillets and crispy dried anchovy snacks for domestic and export markets.

QUALITY CONTROL
Our quality control (QC) team monitors products from raw materials to finished goods. The processing facility meets ISO 22000 and Halal standards.
